Rigged Leader Wheel
A 4" Leader Wheel rigged with approximately 40 ft. of 30lb. monofilament and a #3 ball bearing coast lock snap swivel. This is the same leader wheel used to rig the size 00, 0 and #1 Clarkspoons.
