Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Clarkspoon. Our business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays. All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are shipped via UPS or USPS.

Shipping Rates

All orders under $50 are shipped at a flat rate shipping charge of $9.99 per order. Orders over $50 qualify for free ground shipping to the contiguous United States.

Order Status

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Returns

We have a 30 day return policy. Online purchases must be returned within 30 days of purchase. Item(s) must be new, unused, and contain all original packaging.
